Responsible for leadership, management, and operations of all real-time and addressable media strategy and execution, including paid and organic search, programmatic, social, and e-commerce. Responsible for leading the agency's digital innovation efforts, e.g., its partnership model and program with established players and start-ups. Digital marketing strategist and transformation consultant to global blue-chip companies such as Nestle, American Express, Jaguar Land Rover, Unilever, Volvo, Booking.com and Nike. Member of Mindshare's Executive Board as well as GroupM's mPlatform Advisory Board and Executive Commitee.

Responsible for the development and activation of the company's Adaptive Marketing philosophy and product strategy, including the launch of innovation units dedicated to e-commerce and retail (Shop+), the Internet of Things (Life+) and real-time content sourcing and creation (Content+). Winner of over 200 digital awards around the globe, and officially the most awarded mobile agency culminating in the Mobile Marketing Association's 2015 Global Mobile Agency of the Year.

Leader of a digital community of over 1,260 digital employees across digital capabilities such as strategy, media, social marketing, paid search, and performance marketing.  Strategic digital advisor to Mindshare’s global clients. Realized annual double-digit growth in digial billings and revenue via new business wins and existing client retentation and growth.

Leader of Mindshare Europe, Middle East, and Africa’s digital Interaction unit, which included all digital related services including digital display strategy, planning and buying; SEM services; analytics and optimization; and emerging media  (e.g., mobile).

Responsible for leading and managing Modem Media’s (Digitas) European clients, staff, and operations (roughly 200 individuals). Merged the London Modem Media and Digitas agencies. Led our business development efforts and won several major clients, including Lloyds TSB, Shell, Samsung, Vauxhall, Barilla, Travelex, and Sega.  Developed Modem’s creative reputation and capability (we won more digital awards than any other UK agency in 2005 - 11th in the world).

Responsibe for managing and growing the agency’s relationship with Hewlett-Packard across the  network. Grew the account to become Modem Media’s second largest global client. Managed an integrated team of over sixty professionals working on the HP account in our London, San Francisco, and Connecticut HQ offices. Also developed a strategic partnership with a Signapore-based agency to service the Asia-Pacific region.

Merged Modem’s client services and consulting departments to provide our European clients with strategic leadership and services, including market and company analysis, customer segmentation and insights, and long-term customer relationship plans. Member of the mangement team also responsible for all client relationships and client business development. Grew Modem Media to become the biggest interactive agency in 2001 in the UK (New Media Age league tables).

Managing Director, Marketing Strategy Services

Overall responsibility for Modem’s European clients, including Citibank, Kraft, Unilever, HP, IBM, General Motors, and Philips. Client responsiblilities included strategic planning, business development and profitability, and senior management relationships. Additional responsibilities included management of the client services department (including training and personnel development) and membership on Modem’s European Board of Directors.

Account Manager at Modem Media, the industry's first interactive marketing agency. Worked on the AT&T and John Hancock accounts. Managed AT&T’s highly ambitious and successful 1996 Olympics Internet Campaign.
