As a first-time founder, Noreen successfully transformed her passion into a prosperous business venture that garnered investment and recognition from Just Eat, culminating in a profitable exit within four years.

Her tenure at My Baker equipped her with a diverse set of skills encompassing leadership, partnership management, digital marketing, as well as operational and technical expertise.

Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, Noreen laid a solid groundwork in a prominent financial institution, where she provided strategic counsel to senior management on efficient communication strategies spanning various business domains.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Social Policy & Criminology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Noreen also held key roles in reputable organizations including Senior Account Executive at Shopify, Non Executive Director at My Baker, and various positions at Amazon Business UKI such as Vertical Lead, Senior Account Manager, and Enterprise Account Manager.

Her professional background further includes roles at Deutsche Bank, where she served as Assistant Vice President for Communications, CSR & Public Affairs, as well as Associate in Marketing & Communications. She began her career as a Communications Trainee at Société Générale.
