Norbert Meister

Norbert S. Meister is the founder and Managing Partner of Acclivitas, an executive search boutique known for its strategic partnerships with clients and coaching for candidates. He specializes in matching dynamic companies with experienced, motivated individuals to drive value in fast-changing markets.

With a focus on finance, controlling, operational excellence, IT, and digital transformation spanning various industries, Norbert offers Executive Coaching to enhance leadership, communication, decision-making, effectiveness, and work-life balance for select clients.

Prior to establishing Acclivitas, Norbert accumulated significant experience in consulting with PwC and Accenture, as well as in M&A within the automotive industry at Lear. Additionally, he founded an internet startup in the 90s, operating a trading platform for logistic services.

His educational background includes studying Abitur at Matthias Claudius Gymnasium, Dipl. Oekonom at University of Hannover, and attending St. John's School in Houston, Texas.
