Norbert Pijls

Norbert Pijls is currently serving as the Country Coordinator at HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation, where he plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective functioning of the organization in Kosovo. His responsibilities include planning and implementing the country portfolio efficiently to meet the organization's goals and objectives.12

Pijls has a background in Public Administration and Political Science, which supports his proficiency in communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English. Prior to his role at HELVETAS, he held positions that involved governance and public administration, including a role with the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, where he focused on good governance initiatives.3
