Norbert Hsu

Norbert Hsu is the Senior Vice President and Partnership Leader for Global Impact at World Vision International. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the integrated ministry of World Vision, focusing on leveraging their community development approach to make a significant impact globally.24 Prior to his current position, Hsu served as the regional leader for World Vision in the East Asia region, where he managed operations across eight countries including China, Mongolia, and Thailand.1

Before joining World Vision, Norbert Hsu held positions as Vice President of International Strategy at AIM and as a Senior Manager and Principal at Bain & Company. His professional experience is extensive in strategic roles that drive vision and impact in humanitarian efforts.3
