As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at ECP, Norbert is at the forefront of identifying and supporting ambitious teams of entrepreneurs who are revolutionizing interactions in the corporate landscape.

ECP offers financial backing, operational assistance, and fosters connections within Edenred's ecosystem to create operational synergies. The firm typically invests up to €10m in companies ranging from series A to Series C rounds, often co-investing with other prominent investment funds.

Norbert's expertise lies in technology-driven B2B services, focusing on areas such as human resources, employee benefits, fleet and mobility solutions, and corporate payments.
