Nora Papp is a highly educated professional with a Master's Degree in Economics and International Relations with a focus on European studies from Budapest University of Economic Sciences. She also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma focusing on the geopolitical, economic, and socio-cultural aspects of European construction at Institut d'études européennes (IEE), University Paris 8.
