Nora Johnson is a passionate individual who believes in the interconnectedness of systems and institutions, advocating for a shared vision that transcends boundaries. Nora's educational background includes a Diploma from Keene High School, a Biology degree from St Paul's Advanced Study Program, an MA in Research Methods from the University of Pittsburgh, a PhD in Evaluation Studies from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and a BA in Education from Earlham College. Her professional journey includes roles such as CEO at Inspire to Change, Co-Founder of the Developmental Evaluation Institute, and various positions at TerraLuna Collaborative, where she focused on speaking, coaching, training, and evaluation with a principles-driven approach. Nora has also contributed to organizations like the Minnesota Evaluation Studies Institute, Search Institute, Children's Memorial Hospital, and Perspectives Charter Schools, showcasing her versatile skill set in evaluation, education, and program management.
