Nora Holte is a dedicated professional with a fervent interest in creating services tailored to meet the needs of users. She strongly advocates for user involvement and understanding the purpose behind service development as crucial elements in crafting successful services.
With a background in human-computer interaction, technology-enhanced learning, experimental IT design, and user engagement for program development, Nora brings a wealth of expertise to her projects. Her interests extend to research, innovation, business development, entrepreneurship, and marketing strategies.
Nora holds a degree in Entrepreneurship from Questrom School of Business at Boston University. She also pursued a Master of Science in Informatics focusing on design, use, and interaction at the University of Oslo, where she previously completed her Bachelor of Science in Technology, Organization, and Learning. Furthermore, she enriched her education by studying Spanish and Business Administration through the University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC).
In her professional journey, Nora has been actively involved in various organizations, serving as the Co-founder & Designer at Skråstrek. She has leveraged her skills and knowledge as a UX Designer at Netcompany A/S, UX Designer/Product Owner at Schibsted Media Group, and Concept Developer at Norsk Tipping. Nora has also gained experience through roles such as Trainee at Trainee Innlandet, Student Assistant at the University of Oslo, and Intern at BioMimetic Systems. Her commitment to community service is evident through her previous positions as a Social Worker at Grenda Housing, Kindergarten Assistant at Rosenhagen Kindergarten, and Sales and Marketing Volunteer at Trama Textiles.
