Noor Agha Ayubi is a dedicated individual with a passion for society's wellbeing, particularly in the realms of public policies and Economic Development.

He aspires to become an expert and leader in contributing to the development of his country, seeking to enhance his analytical skills and professional knowledge to excel in managerial and leadership roles.

Noor Agha completed his Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on Business Administration (BBA) from Kandahar University in 2018, complemented by certifications in English Language and HR management from Afghan Educational Center and Albasher Management Center respectively.

His professional journey includes roles such as IT assistant and HF VHF UHF Radio Technician at SMART GROUP/Ministry of Interior CSTC-A NATO RESULTS and US Army Contract Awards, Team Lead LMR Radio Technician at AALSC/Ministry of Interior CSTC-A j6 NATO RESULTS, and US Army Contract Awards in Kandahar PHQ, as well as Team Lead LMR Radio Technician at KTC GROUP, Ministry of Interior CSTC-A NATO RESULTS, and DOD Contract Awards at Kandahar International Airport Regional Headquarter 404 Maiwand.

Noor Agha Ayubi has experience working as Admin and Finance at the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission, Medical Records Supervisor at Mirwais Regional Hospital Kandahar supported by ICRC, and as a Team Lead at KTC Group and AALSC. He also served as an IT Assistant at SMART GROUP.
