Noelle Phares is a highly skilled and well-rounded environmental scientist with a strong passion for implementing science-based solutions to environmental issues in the biotech and agricultural sectors. With experience in product development, environmental modeling, business strategy, GIS & remote sensing, data science, sustainable policy, and research, she excels at simplifying complex problems into actionable solutions.

Some of her notable achievements include leading the development of remote sensing-based nutrient management products, co-founding a successful business addressing climate change, and contributing to influential research on environmental issues.

Her educational background includes a Master of Environmental Science and Management in Climate and Energy, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, both from UC Santa Barbara.

In addition to her professional roles, Noelle also owns an art business and has held various positions in organizations such as Mavrx Inc., Equinox Center, and Charborn Biochar.
