Noelia Izquierdo has over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting for innovation and incentive mechanisms for these activities, both from a business perspective and an institutional approach, through her involvement in various associations, forums, and technological platforms.
She serves on the board of directors of AFIDI, the Spanish Association for the Promotion of R&D Financing, and is a member of the Coordination Committee of the Network of Women for Innovation and Technology (AMIT MIT).
Noelia's daily motivation is to give her best in every new challenge, contribute maximum value to the team and environment, and believes that learning is never enough.
Her educational background includes a degree in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, a Master's in Financial Management from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros, specialized courses in Technological Surveillance and Competitive Intelligence, Dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility, and International Project Financing.
Throughout her career, she has held key roles such as Coordinator of the Intangible Assets and Institutional Relations Line at INCOTEC - Innovación Eficiente, and positions in organizations like ACCIÓ, AFIDI, Aliter, La Salle Campus Madrid, and Grupo SCA, where she contributed as an advisor, professor, manager, and coordinator in areas related to innovation, R&D, and strategic consulting.
