Noel Stout is the founder of Dedicated Deconstruction LLC, established in 2011, with a strong background in creating economically competitive Deconstruction practices.
With over a decade of experience in the industry, Noel began his journey in 2005 by developing the Deconstruction Program for the Seattle RE Store, where he played a key role in challenging unsustainable demolition practices.
Noel Stout has engaged with a diverse range of clients including homeowners, contractors, non-profits, tribes, and government entities, offering his expertise as a consultant, trainer, and contractor for projects spanning various scales.
Drawing from his knowledge in Green Building, Environmental Education, and hazardous materials, Noel Stout aims to drive positive change as a pivotal figure in both the demolition and construction sectors.
He pursued his higher education at Western Washington University, where he studied Environmental Education and Biology, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree.
In addition to founding Dedicated Deconstruction LLC, he has also served as the Deconstruction Program Manager at The RE Store, further solidifying his commitment to sustainable practices within the industry.
