Noel Gonzalez is a seasoned Executive Naval Officer with over 26 years of extensive experience in program management, cybersecurity, classified operations, maintenance, Shipyard operations, manufacturing, logistics, nuclear propulsion, high-risk operations, information technology (IT), training, entrepreneurship (two companies), and communications. He has an MS in Computer Science and IT from the University of Maryland, a BS in Mechanical Engineer and Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University, and completed executive education at prestigious institutions such as the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.

Noel's strengths include culture assessment and organization behavior, cybersecurity and compliance, a highly successful tour as Submarine Commanding Officer supervising operations of our nation’s most intricate weapon systems, human resource management, financial management and program analysis, submarine operations, quality assurance, change and crisis management, project management, complex problem-solving, mentoring and management, and nuclear energy engineering. He is also a founding member, CIO, and Board of Directors member of a high-precision part manufacturing business. Currently holding a Top Secret/SCI security clearance, Noel is a versatile leader with exceptional organizational, technical, and analytical skills.
