Noel Aquino is a highly experienced Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in power engineering, control engineering, PLC, HMI, commercial, industrial, and residential building design. He has worked for several organizations in different countries, including the United States, Bahrain, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka.

Noel's educational qualifications include a degree in BSEE - Power and Computer from Henry Cogswell College and a degree in BSEE - Power from Holy Angel University. He has worked as a Design Electrical Engineer for several organizations, including INTERTEC A/S, GP Zachariades Overseas Ltd., Manama, Bahrain, and DCCD Engineering Corporation. He has also worked for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, where he gained experience in Electrical Wire Installation Design.

Currently, Noel works as an Electrical Power Systems Engineer at Seattle City Light, where he is involved in Automation, particularly in Cyber Security Networks Design, in compliance with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation. He is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of network monitoring, intrusion detection, and prevention systems.

Noel is a highly analytical and systematic professional with excellent problem-solving abilities. He can handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and is well-equipped to handle challenging situations.
