Noah Yarrow
Noah Yarrow is a Senior Education Specialist at the World Bank.12 He joined the World Bank in 2010 as part of the Latin American and Caribbean education team.1 Currently based in Washington, he focuses on system capacity, EdTech, and learning quality issues, with a special emphasis on refugee education.1
Noah has worked on operations and research in various regions, including East Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa.1 Prior to joining the World Bank, he worked in the Russian Federation, Central Asia, South Asia, and East Asia for organizations such as EDC and ICRC.1 He also has experience teaching at primary and secondary levels for several years.1
In terms of education, Noah holds two master's degrees:
