We partner with non-bank real estate lenders around the country who provide 6-12 month bridge loans on single-family and small multifamily properties, as well as rental loans. AlphaFlow empowers these lenders to grow by purchasing their loans and thereby expand their businesses with less capital.

To further help lenders, AlphaFlow designs and builds software to streamline and automate today’s manual workflow. Our engineering team is constantly developing simple and elegant solutions to further automate a manually intensive industry.

Direct Access Capital (DAC) is a specialty finance company focused on providing liquidity to nonbank lenders of short term residential backed business purpose loans. We provide capital, consulting, and infrastructure to help private money lenders grow their origination volume and product offering.

Jordan Capital Finance is a national direct private money lender serving residential rehab investors who acquire, renovate, rent, and sell properties. We commonly provide lines of credit to established “fix and flip” borrowers in select national markets, supported by “common sense” underwriting and flexible, customized programs. 

 JCF also provides loans to investors that rehabilitate and lease properties; new construction (ground up only) loans; and non rehab loans. For select customers we fund at auctions. Our lines of credit are available up to $5 million. We do not loan on owner occupied properties.
