Noah Klarish

Noah Klarish is the founding partner of Hutner Klarish LLP, a highly respected and innovative boutique business and litigation law firm located in the heart of New York City. Klarish is highly skilled and client-focused, with particular expertise in the financial services industry. His specialties include securities law, business structure and finance, alternative investments, contract and employment matters, and business disputes. With over 100 hedge, PE, VC, crypto, and RE fund formations to his name, as well as extensive experience representing investment advisers and portfolio managers, he has spearheaded some of the most complex and celebrated transactions in recent years.

Klarish also advises companies in various industries in organizational, structural, contractual, financing, and operational matters, from start-up to eventual liquidity. He evaluates and negotiates the terms of complex investment opportunities for fund and family office clients, leveraging his extensive network of service providers and capital sources to add value for his clients.

Klarish holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a summa cum laude bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Boston University's School of Management. Before establishing Hutner Klarish LLP, Klarish served as the founder and president of Noah Klarish & Associates, P.C., where he oversaw large scale corporate transactions, M&A, proxy contests, and public and private offerings of securities.
