I led cross-functional initiatives and partnered with executives and other teammates across the organization on technology contracts, corporate and business development, finance, corporate governance, PR/marketing, HR, compensation, compliance, risk management, security, real estate and dispute resolution.

I was a key contributor in CommerceHub's $1.1 billion going-private sale to GTCR and Sycamore Partners in May 2018.  Prior to that, from when the company went public in July 2016 (Nasdaq: CHUBA, CHUBK), I led the public company legal program, including SEC reporting, securities and exchange compliance, corporate governance, investor relations support, etc.
