Noah Fay is an Experienced Director with a strong background in the housing and mental health care industry. His expertise includes Housing First implementation, Fair Housing, Crisis Intervention, Clinical Support, and Technical Assistance. Noah holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington. He also completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from the University of Washington. Throughout his career, Noah has held various roles at DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center), including Director of Housing Programs, Senior Manager of Housing Programs, Project Manager at 1811 Eastlake, Clinical Support Specialist Supervisor, Mental Health Outreach Case Management, Shelter Supervisor, and Shelter Counselor.
