His career spans over 15 years in various organizations, including Facebook, where he currently works as a product designer. Before joining Facebook, Eckstrand was a Senior User Experience Designer at Pro.com, UX Designer Amazon Go at Amazon, and Art Director at The Cobalt Group. He also freelanced as a Sr. UX Designer for MILOKA, User Experience Designer for Zillow.com, and Interaction Designer for Catalysis. As a software engineer, he worked for Mod Systems, and he co-founded Rely Records.
