In my role I have been responsible for leading WeWork's member experience in Billing and Payments.

Scale and compliance is a guiding principle for all our initiatives and for that reason, creating a personalized, user-centric experience for members is all the more crucial. Managing pilots and usability sessions to validate assumptions. Designing rollout and training plans across the organization while ensuring localized fit. Working cross functionally to set up new policies to ensure maximum efficiency of processes. Directly managing product professionals and data analysts.

Senior Product Manager

In addition to Senior Product Manager, I also led and managed the UX field within the GICI (Gartner Innovation Center) product guild.

Initiated and managed a recommendation engine based on data science, machine learning and language analysis (NLP) which became a core product in Gartner’s service offering since it was proven to impact customer retention.

Contracted by multiple product companies and startups from seed to enterprise to serve as product manager, UX and UI director.

Headed product conception and strategy to ensure compatibility with business models and objectives. Worked closely with development teams to define processes and entities to be built into the UX. Developed roadmaps for products as well as maintained backlogs. Coordinated user research and data analysis to understand product deficiencies and implemented new solutions for UX. Developed prototypes for proof of concept and user testing in various stages (i.e pre-launch and mid releases for more mature products/services). Gained experience in key tools for product management (heat maps, user testing, analytics, prototyping etc.)
Conducted workshops for clients in the topics of customer experience, personas, UX and product strategy.
