Starting his entrepreneurial journey at a young age, Njavwa co-founded Musanga Logistics at 21, a thriving freight marketplace that connected over 1500 truck drivers with prominent companies like Unilever, Colgate, and Dangote Cement. Despite challenges, he exhibited resilience and adaptability by pivoting the business to a software as a service model to stay competitive in 2020.
Building on his success at Musanga, Njavwa transitioned to Lori Systems Global Team, where he spearheaded the launch of commercial products in key African markets like Nigeria, Kenya, and Uganda. His work at Lori, focused on reducing the cost of goods in frontier markets, showcases his commitment to driving positive change through innovative solutions.
