NJ FBLA is an organization that focuses on helping high school students develop their leadership abilities, sharpen their interpersonal and communication skills, and prepare them for careers in business and beyond. Their mission is to inspire and prepare students to become community-minded, ethical, and effective leaders. NJ FBLA provides opportunities for students to compete in business-related competitions, attend conferences and workshops, and participate in community service projects. Students also have the chance to network with other high school students, as well as business and community leaders. NJ FBLA prides itself on creating a positive and inspiring environment where students can grow, learn, and succeed.
