I recently was at the HumanX AI event in the Las Vegas for a week, and here is what I learned for CEOs, CPOs, CTOs of @OpenAI @AnthropicAI @MistralAI @huggingface @neo4j @Grammarly @Dropbox amongst other leaders:

    1. It is all about the speed about getting things done. It doesn’t matter how you get there. A lot of progress is happening in such a short period of time.
    2. Literally everyone is talking about AI Agents more than AI models.
    3. Everybody expects models to get better and more capable as a default.
    4. If 2025 is the year for AI agents, 2026 is being said to be year of Robotics. Companies like Mistral are exploring Vision to action models and looking for robotics applications.
    5. SaaS based pricing models needs to be rethought in favour of outcome based pricing models
    6. You continuously have to revisit every AI product which previously didn’t work for your use case, as next month it might just work for you.
    7. You need to train your team to use AI to its best, as just expecting everyone will use isn’t enough.
    8. Model inference is getting even faster due to custom chips
    9. Smaller specific models are better than larger model for the specific use cases.
