With a track record of driving innovation initiatives across product lines, Nitin demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with invaluable M&A experience.

Among his notable accomplishments is overseeing the Development and Operations of the LogicMonitor Product, handling billions of metrics daily and millions of devices across a vast customer base.

He spearheaded the growth of the Engineering organization from approximately 50 to 175, vital in supporting the rapid expansion of the customer base and achieving more than 50% YOY revenue growth.

Nitin's leadership also led to the successful establishment of a new Center of Excellence in Pune, India, scaling the team from inception to 100+ members within a year, managing all aspects of set up such as budget planning, hiring, facilities, and HR.

His proficiency extends to designing and executing multiple releases of Enterprise Software at BMC used globally by thousands of customers, generating revenues exceeding $250 Million.

Additionally, Nitin played a pivotal role in incubating a highly scalable SaaS product from scratch at BMC, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and a microservices based architecture focused on Data Analytics and Machine Learning.

His expertise spans managing large projects with geographically distributed teams, totaling over 300 R&D resources, complemented by extensive experience in Agile Product Development, SaaS Operations, Project Management, and People Management.

Nitin's journey includes startup experience at ProactiveNet Inc, culminating in a successful acquisition by BMC software. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Engineering & Cloud Operations at LogicMonitor, his past roles include VP of Engineering & Cloud Operations, as well as various leadership positions at BMC Software and ProactiveNet.
