Nitin Khanna
CEO and Co-Founder of Mergertech
Nitin Khanna is a successful entrepreneur who made his mark in the business world starting in 1998 as a co-founder of Saber Corp. This venture grew to be the largest provider of state government solutions in the US, with a valuation exceeding $120 million by 2007. He then sold Saber Corp. to EDS for $460 million, four times its original revenue, and continued to lead the government business operations at EDS until 2011.
Following his tenure at EDS, Nitin Khanna ventured into the realm of investment banking and currently serves as the CEO of Mergertech, a boutique firm specializing in providing mergers & acquisitions advice to tech companies. Additionally, Khanna held the roles of CEO at Cura Cannabis, a prominent cannabis provider on the west coast, where he played a pivotal role in expanding Cura to become the largest cannabis provider in that region until 2018.
Nitin's educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering as well as a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, both from Purdue University. Throughout his career, he has also held various positions at esteemed organizations such as Oracle, International Paper, and as Chairman & CEO at Saber Corp and Cura Cannabis Solutions.
