Nithya Govindasamy is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in business development, marketing, and project management. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-law/Political Science from Capital University, and a Master of Science in Marketing and Communication from Franklin University. With over a decade of experience in workforce development, education, and government, she has worked for Ohio Department of Higher Education, Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, and Nationwide Insurance as a consultant, program manager, and business development specialist. She has also served as Dean of the Work Program at Paul Quinn College and is currently the Director of Workplace Learning, P-TECH & Early College Programs at Dallas Independent School District.

Throughout her career, Nithya has been involved in various marketing campaigns and business strategies, which include consultation with private sector CEOs, brand strategy, communication, and training programs, grant management, market assessment, and competitive analysis. She has helped launch 50 programs and has trained over 2,000 people statewide.
