Nitesh Sapra

Nitesh Sapra is a prominent figure in the real estate investment sector and currently serves as the Managing Principal of NitNeil Partners, a firm focused on developing and acquiring self-storage facilities and other commercial real estate in high-growth markets across the Southeastern and Southwestern United States. He has held this position since October 2008.13

In addition to his role at NitNeil Partners, Nitesh is a member of the Board of Advisors at Sounding Joy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing hearing aids to children from families who cannot afford them. He joined Sounding Joy's Board in August 2022.12 His involvement with such initiatives reflects his commitment to community service and support for underprivileged children.

Nitesh's professional background includes significant leadership roles, such as being a Board Member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) from June 2022 to June 2023, and serving on the Board of Directors for various organizations, including the Entrepreneurs' Organization and Kate's Club, which assists children coping with the loss of a parent or sibling.13

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.1
