Nitesh Sapra is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate professional with an impressive educational background. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, followed by a Master's in Real Estate Development from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation.

Sapra currently serves as the Managing Principal at NitNeil Partners, where he leads the company's strategic planning and execution, project management, and investor relations. His commitment to giving back to the community is evident through his past volunteer work with AMIkids and Kate's Club. He also served as a Board Of Directors member for the Entrepreneurs' Organization and Georgia Self Storage Association, and holds the title of Co-Founder & Executive Advisor at Georgia Tech Commercial Real Estate Organization.

Before his role at NitNeil Partners, Sapra worked as a Development Associate at Wood Partners and an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he gained valuable experience in finance and accounting. His well-rounded background has enabled him to become an expert in commercial real estate, property management, and entrepreneurship.
