Nitesh Prakash is the Founder & CEO of O' Be Cocktails, a Bengaluru-based ready-to-drink cocktail startup launched in 2019.12 He is an IIT Bombay alumnus who previously worked as Head of Logistics at foodpanda India.2 Nitesh started O' Be Cocktails after noticing inconsistencies in cocktail taste and saw an opportunity in the ready-to-drink cocktail market.1

Nitesh spent 18 months on research and development for O' Be Cocktails, collaborating with bartenders and mixologists to create the perfect recipes. The startup launched its first three cocktails - Cosmopolitan, Long Island Iced Tea, and Mojito - in early 2021.1
O' Be Cocktails has seen significant growth, with a 10-12% increase in the past year across its markets. The startup has sold over 100,000 cocktails and is available in Karnataka, Goa, and Telangana.1
