Nitesh Patel

Nitesh Patel is the current Mayor of La Palma, California. He was elected to the City Council in 2018 and has since taken on various roles, including serving as an Alternate Director of the Orange County Sanitation District. His prior experience includes positions on the Orange County Mosquito and Vector Control District and the Orange County Library Advisory Board.23

In addition to his role in local government, Patel is the CEO and President of the American International School of Law, a position he has held since January 2010. His focus there is on providing high-quality legal education aimed at empowering graduates to make a positive impact in their communities. He also leads Eoto, Inc., a charity dedicated to combating poverty through education.1

Patel holds advanced degrees, including a Master of Laws in International Tax and Financial Services and a Juris Doctor degree, which equip him for leadership in both educational and civic capacities.1
