Nishant Mathur

Nishant Mathur is a seasoned professional with a strong background in EPC project planning, contract management, and strategic project coordination. He excels in leading teams to ensure operational excellence and has a proven track record in enhancing quality and improving processes throughout his career.

With a focus on MW scale PV Solar Power plants, Nishant has expertise in developing quality procedures, checklists, and manuals for effective EPC execution. He also specializes in building supply chain networks for PV modules, inverters, and BOS components.

Nishant's experience includes selecting and overseeing local contractors for Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works, as well as identifying and nurturing local teams of engineers for the construction, commissioning, and installation of solar farms.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University with a score of 70% and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from Jai Narain Vyas University with a score of 75%.

Currently, Nishant serves as the Assistant Manager - Project Development at Addwatt Power Solutions Pvt Ltd. Prior to this role, he held the position of Senior Executive in Business Development at Rays Power Experts Pvt Ltd. He has also completed summer internships at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and North Western Railway Workshop.
