Nishant's educational background includes studying at Air Force School in Jaipur, India, and completing a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical from Manipal Institute of Technology. This engineering background has equipped him with a strong technical foundation, complementing his business acumen.

Throughout his career, Nishant has held several key positions in notable organizations. He was a founding member of the Global GTM team at Cohesive, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the company's presence and expanding its reach. Prior to that, he was a founding member of Cohesive by Unacademy at Unacademy, contributing to the growth and success of the platform.

Nishant's expertise extends to strategic partnerships and alliances, as he previously served as a Senior Manager at Signzy, a leading RegTech company. He also excelled in a Manager role in Strategy and Business Development at umlaut company, where he harnessed his skills in driving growth and identifying new market opportunities.

Before venturing into the startup world, Nishant gained valuable experience in the aerospace industry. He worked as a Strategic Account Manager and Business Development professional at Quest Global, a renowned engineering services company. His role involved managing key client relationships and driving business development efforts in collaboration with global giants like Airbus and GKN Aerospace.

Furthermore, Nishant has showcased his leadership capabilities through his involvement in various projects and initiatives. He played a crucial role as a Project Manager for the CAE Colloquium 2014 and acted as a Project Advisor and Mentor for the QuEST Ingenium 2014 initiative, both at Quest Global. These experiences allowed him to develop strong project management and mentorship skills.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Nishant is an avid reader with a keen interest in non-fiction books.
