He holds a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Padmashree Dr D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth.

Nirmam has held various significant roles at Twitter, including Senior Engineering Manager in Platform & SRE, Engineering Manager in Platform & SRE, Senior Software Engineer in Site Reliability Engineering, and Software Engineer.

Prior to his tenure at Twitter, Nirmam contributed his skills as a Member of Technical Staff at Network Appliance and gained valuable experience through software engineering internships at both IBM and Tello Corporation.
