Nir Regev is a highly experienced research scientist with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and over 26 years of expertise in developing algorithms across various domains like radar signal processing, computer vision, and deep learning.

His professional journey includes working with renowned companies such as Essence, Intel, Xilinx, Rada, and IDF, where he has contributed significantly to algorithm development projects.

Nir's algorithm implementations cover a wide range of areas including radar signal processing, tracking, estimation, and detection utilizing techniques such as CFAR detection, adaptive beamformers, Kalman filtering, and deep nets for radar target classification.

In the field of machine vision, he has successfully deployed deep learning models for tasks like target detection, pose estimation, clothes segmentation, 3D reconstruction, facial recognition, object recognition, and vital signs extraction from video, demonstrating a robust skill set in this domain.

His proficiency in machine learning and deep learning extends to a variety of algorithms like MLP, CNN, RNN (LSTM), SVM, Bayesian classifiers, kNN, Gaussian Mixture Estimation, LDA, PCA, and Model Order Selection Algorithms.
