Ning Pan

Ning Pan is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology. They obtained their Ph.D. from the University of Colorado Boulder, MS from Peking University in Cell Biology and Genetics, and a BS in Biology from Peking University.

With a solid academic foundation, Ning Pan has worked across various prestigious organizations, including currently serving as the Director at Decibel Therapeutics. They have held significant roles in the company, previously as the Associate Director and Senior Scientist. Prior to their time at Decibel Therapeutics, Ning Pan has also worked at the University of Iowa as an Associate Research Scientist and at the University of Colorado at Boulder as a Research Associate.
