Nina Richardson

Nina Richardson is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background. She studied Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering at Purdue University and completed an Exec MBA at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Additionally, she holds certifications in NACD Cyber-Risk Oversight from NACD, Ridge Global, and Carnegie Mellon CERT and in Diligent Climate Leadership from Diligent Institute.

Throughout her career, Nina has been involved in various organizations at leadership levels. She has served as a Member of the Board of Directors at multiple companies including Tonal, Revelle Aesthetics, Inc., Cohu, Inc., Resideo, ExploraMedV, Silicon Labs, Eargo, Mythic, Inc., CallidusCloud, SGI, Zayo Group, We Care Solar, and Willow Pump. She also held positions such as Managing Director at Three Rivers Energy, Advisor at Zoox Inc., COO at GoPro, VP and General Manager at Flextronics International, and VP of Operations and Engineering at Electronic Lighting.
