Nina Mohanty is an accomplished business developer and public speaker who has worked with some of the UK's top fintech firms. With a keen interest in financial inclusion and literacy, she is currently focused on bringing seamless payments to the masses as part of the Klarna team. She has a wealth of experience in areas such as Open Banking, innovation in financial services, the API economy, and payments. Nina is passionate about empowering women and improving children's education in her free time.
Nina studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education for her Master's degree in management. She also holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in International Relations from the University of California, Davis. She has previously worked with companies such as Bud and Mastercard, gaining valuable insight into market development, strategic partnerships, and digital payments acceptance.
Apart from her professional experience, Nina has worked as an organizing fellow at Obama for America, and she was also an intern to the President at Associated Students of the University of California, Davis. As a former co-host at Breaking Banks Fintech Podcast, she also has extensive experience discussing fintech with industry experts.
