Nina Bennett is a seasoned municipal strategy consultant with over ten years of experience, specializing in embedding equity goals into local government operations.
She excels in facilitating equity-centered budget reform, strategic planning, and process redesign to drive tangible quality-of-life improvements.
Nina holds a Masters of City Planning with a focus on Economic Development from the University of California, Berkeley, and an A.B. in Public Policy Studies and Economics from the University of Chicago.

Nina's diverse experience includes a role as a Truman Fellow at the Office of Rural Health Care Policy within the US Department of Health & Human Services and as an Assistant Asylum Coordinator at the National Immigrant Justice Center.
Throughout her career, Nina has worked with mid-size local governments across the United States, with a particular affinity for clients in the Heartland, Rust Belt, and Deep South regions.
