Nimish Patel

Nimish Patel is a highly accomplished corporate securities lawyer and managing partner with a wealth of experience in IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, angel and venture capital financing, public corporate finance, and general business and corporate law. He is currently the Co-Chairman of Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP, a top-tier, full-service law firm with over 130 attorneys across three offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Washington D.C.

Nimish is also the managing partner of RP Capital, an investment fund focusing on early-stage companies with disruptive technologies. Over the course of his career, he has also held senior positions with other prestigious organizations such as Richardson & Patel LLP and Deloitte.

With a JD and MBA from the University of San Diego, School of Law and School of Business respectively, along with an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from the USC School of Accounting, Nimish brings an impressive educational background to his professional endeavors. He has also studied Executive Leadership at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
