Nils Hamann is a versatile and multicultural management consultant with an educational background in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from IE Business School.
With experience working for a Joint Venture of Lufthansa and McKinsey, Nils has been involved in process optimization and performance improvement projects within the aerospace and transport industry.
An Innovation enthusiast, Nils also holds a certificate in design thinking from MIT Sloan and has a passion for traveling, having visited over 40 countries and being fluent in 4 languages.
During his MBA, where he graduated in the Top 25% of his class, Nils co-founded the travel startup GroupoFly and later worked as a Business Development Manager for Ennomotive, a Madrid-based Crowdsourcing Startup.
In addition, Nils founded an Amazon Webshop that achieved significant sales within its first few days of operation.
Prior to his consulting and entrepreneurial endeavors, Nils worked on complex chemical engineering projects for Cargill and Air Liquide, leading a multimillion-dollar EPC project for Unilever that received recognition through Cargill's corporate awards.
