Niley Dorit

J. Niley Dorit is the founder of the Dorit Law Firm, which specializes in personal injury and medical malpractice cases. With over 40 years of legal experience, he has built a reputation for achieving high success rates for his clients, reportedly winning nearly 99% of his cases. Dorit graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida College of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and received the prestigious Order of the Coif award, recognizing his academic excellence in law.12

Dorit established the Dorit Law Firm in 1987, focusing on serious personal injury cases, including those resulting from automobile accidents, medical malpractice, and other life-altering incidents. His firm has notably settled hundreds of cases against Kaiser Permanente, achieving significant financial settlements for clients.23

In addition to his legal practice, Dorit has served as a part-time judge pro tem in the San Francisco Superior Court and is an active member of various legal associations, including the Consumer Attorneys of California.13 Outside of his legal career, he has interests in music, playing the alto saxophone, and sports, being a former professional tennis player and a nationally ranked squash player.1
