Nilesh Kavia is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in various leadership roles.

He holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan.

Nilesh also completed a Professional Coaching Certification from Core Alignment Coaching, Lean Leader Certification from JBA Lean Leader Certification Program, and ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

With a wealth of experience, Nilesh has served as the Executive Vice President of Strategy Execution & Operations at Affinity Credit Union, showcasing his expertise in driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.

Prior to his role at Affinity Credit Union, he held the position of Executive Vice President and various other leadership roles within the finance and healthcare sectors, including Vice President Finance & Corporate Services at Saskatoon Health Region and Vice President Financial Planning at Alberta Health Services.

Nilesh has also held significant roles in the energy sector as the Director Finance at Direct Energy Marketing Limited and Director of Finance at Calgary Health Region.
