Nilesh Chavan is an Astute Leader with over 12 years of expertise in parts & accessories business, spare parts management, and customer service.

As one of the pioneering employees of Škoda Auto India Private Ltd. in India, Nilesh led the establishment of the corporate identity of Škoda Auto Spare Parts Division and devised crucial business procedures for setting up Spare Parts Department operations.

Proficient in setting up efficient supply chains and IT systems for the parts & accessories business in India, Nilesh was instrumental in launching the "Group Parts Logistics Service" for Volkswagen and Audi brands in June 2009.

His specialties include Supply Chain Management, Spare Parts Management, Customer Service, setting up business targets for channel partners, devising dealer business plans, conducting dealer performance reviews, and dealer analysis.

He pursued Mechanical Engineering at North Maharashtra University and also studied at Government Polytechnic, Jalgaon.
