Nilaya Varma is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in advising state and national governments in India and globally. She is the Co-founder at Primus Partners India, a firm that specializes in supporting clients to navigate India's complex market. Nilaya has played an instrumental role in driving large-scale transformation programs in India and has led teams to deliver on national priority programs of the Government of India, including Skill India, Clean India, Digital India, Startup India, and Smart Cities, among others. Prior to her role at Primus Partners India, Nilaya held leadership positions in Accenture, PwC India, and KPMG India, where she was responsible for managing sales and business development, communications, and the firm's platinum account program. Nilaya's expertise also includes working extensively with international funding institutions, including DFID, IMF, World Bank, and ADB.
