Nikos Manouselis

Nikos Manouselis is the Founder and CEO of Agroknow, a data and analytics company focused on using artificial intelligence to enhance food safety and sustainability. He has been leading Agroknow since January 2012, with a mission to provide tailored data insights that ensure confidence in the food supply chain.1

His background includes a significant academic and professional journey in agricultural information management. Manouselis co-founded Agroknow in 2007, where he initially served as the R&D Director, overseeing the company's research activities. Prior to that, he held various roles, including Project Manager at GRNET SA, where he managed EU-funded projects related to agriculture and digital repositories.1

Manouselis has also contributed to academic research, including a PhD candidacy at the Agricultural University of Athens, focusing on metadata interoperability for agricultural information systems. His experience spans research fellowships at institutions like the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH).1
