Nikolay Nikolyuk, a finance and economics expert with over 13 years of experience, has made significant contributions to the development of infrastructure, electricity and utilities industries across Russia. Nikolay served as the CFO of Novogor-Prikamie (Interros/Renova) and the Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Perm Region Government's Economic Development Department. Nikolay has also implemented the regulatory asset base methodology for electricity tariffs in Permenergo, the first of its kind in Russia.
