Nikolay Berkovski

Nikolay Berkovski is a seasoned recruiter who specializes in sourcing top-tier professionals for Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Corporate Development roles. He is part of a global team of 40 head-hunters with a wide reach covering the US, EMEA, and APAC markets. With a particular focus on the EMEA region, Nikolay has a wealth of experience working with Bulge Bracket Investment Banks, Elite and Independent Boutiques, Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and global corporate entities ranging from startups to established businesses.

Before dedicating his career to talent acquisition, Nikolay studied Psychology at the University of West London. He has worked as a Consultant at Water Street Search, and his previous experience includes a Senior Applied Behaviour Analysis Tutor role at UKYAP. Most recently, he was a Consultant - Investment Banking & Alternative Investment - EMEA at Pinpoint Partners.
