    She currently serves as the Head of the Accelerator Lab for Barbados & the Eastern at UNDP Accelerator Labs, where she drives innovation and sustainable development.

    Previously, Nikola was the Founder of The Crate Barbados and held directorial positions at Sustainable Caribbean and Slow Fish Barbados.

    Her experience also includes roles such as Marine Biologist, Natural Resource Manager, and Head of Exploration at different organizations, highlighting her diverse skill set and leadership capabilities.

    Nikola Simpson's background encompasses a wide range of activities, including consultancy work for fisheries, tutoring, and fieldwork in marine conservation projects like the Barbados Sea Turtle Project.
