Nikki Dahlgren has a robust background in psychology, having studied at both Stockholm University and the University of Queensland. With over a decade of experience in strategy consulting, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Strategy Director at The Lab Insight & Strategy. Prior to joining The Lab, Nikki served as Head of Qualitative Strategy at GfK and also held several other roles within the organization, including Associate Director and Senior Behavioural Consultant. In addition, she has worked in senior positions at Bread & Butter Research & Strategy, GALKAL, and Elliot and Shanahan Research. Passionate about understanding human behavior and decision-making, Nikki has dedicated her career to helping companies make better-informed business decisions.
